Full Tilt have recently revamped their site and graphics, not sure why as they were already the best on that side of things, but they have taken it a step further and it looks fab. Ring Games
For each dollar raked from a pot, every player who was dealt cards for that hand will earn one point. You can earn partial points if less than one dollar is raked, and you can earn up to three points per hand.

You may read mixed reviews about the customer support from Full Tilt Poker. The truth is they do infact have 24/7 support but the support is via email only. The quality of the help via email is ok and they do get back to you, its just a shame that you can’t call someone and speak to them there and then to resolve the issue you are having. But to give them credit they answer your emails quite timely usually within 24 hours and they are quite thorough in their answers. My only advice is to give as much information in the email relating to your problem as possible including screen shots if necessary.
